I’ve navigated 5 career pivots, 3 layoffs, and built 3 businesses from scratch. That range taught me how change actually happens… and not in theory…but in real conditions where people need income, clarity, and a plan.
My work focuses on finding the invisible friction in businesses and careers, then building the structure to remove it.
